Debra J. McKinley is the Private Secretary to the Overseer for the Church of God of Prophecy in Tennessee, and as the director of Marriage and Family Ministries in Tennessee.  

 

Debra is a licensed minister and has served alongside her husband for over 25 years of full-time-ministry.  Her personal touch and innovative ministry has made her a sought after speaker for Womens and Marriage retreats across the United States and in Canada.

 

Debra is also a registered respiratory therapist, with degrees in Applied Science.
